Welcome to EmergencyMe! By accessing or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our App.

Introduction

EmergencyMe is a family safety mobile application that provides seamless tracking of family members, instant notifications upon arrival or departure from designated locations, and emergency alert features. These services are designed to enhance family connection and safety. By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you accept these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

To use EmergencyMe, you must:

1. Be at least 13 years old.
2. Obtain parental consent if you are under 18.
3. Provide accurate information during registration.

By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or use someone else’s account without permission.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

• Location Tracking: Seamlessly track family members’ locations.
• Emergency Panic Signal: Trigger an alert for immediate assistance in emergencies.

Subscriptions and Payments

EmergencyMe offers subscription-based services that provide access to premium features:

Subscription Plans

• Monthly Plan: $1.99 per month
• Quarterly Plan: $5.99 every 3 months.
• Semi-Yearly Plan: $11.99 every 6 months.
• Yearly Plan: $11.99 every 6 months.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions include ad-free usage and priority support.
• Subscriptions are auto-renewing. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, you will be charged for the next subscription cycle.
• Payment is charged to your iTunes or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Manage or cancel your subscriptions through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through your account settings.
• Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid renewal charges.
• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription period.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

1. Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
2. Tamper with, hack, or disrupt the App’s security features.
3. Use the App to track individuals without their consent.
